Terms of delivery

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, so we work to deliver as soon as possible and with deliveries of 24/48 working hours within the Spanish Country.
Even so, in Black Friday and Cyber Monday periods, launches, promotions or campaigns, these may vary and these deadlines are not always guaranteed.
In order to know when your order is delivered, please pay attention to your email inbox. We will send you a confirmation of delivery of your order.
On weekends or holidays, shipments are managed the next business day.



Terms of delivery

Barros de Ibiza sends its products all over the world. The shipping price varies according to the destination, as well as delivery times, which can range from 3 days to 7 days.

How does shipping work and what should I do if I am absent from home on the day of delivery?

A first delivery attempt will be made at the indicated delivery address and if, at the time of delivery you are absent, the courier will try to leave a note of warning in the mailbox* and you will receive an email from where to manage the second delivery attempt.
If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain in the delegation of your area so that you can pick it up at the agency, subject to prior communication by mail or e-mail.
If for any reason they have not been able to contact you to arrange those deliveries, you can write to so that we can provide you with contact information or help as necessary.
*It is not always possible to leave a note, as sometimes the messenger can not access the portal or the housing enclosure.
Can I pick up my order at a delegation or collection point?
That's right! You can select this type of shipment and we recommend it whenever the delivery time (9h-20h) does not suit your needs, so you can comfortably pick up your order at the point you choose.
Even if you choose this method, you will receive the same information as when making a home delivery and the logistics company will inform you by e-mail that your order is available for collection at the delivery point.

How can I track my shipment?

Can I receive my order in the time zone of my choice?

You can leave your preferences about the delivery time in the comment box for the carrier that you will find before finalizing your order. Although we know that they do their best to make the delivery within the specified time, it may be difficult for them to meet depending on the route of the carrier. Don't be impatient! Also, if you prefer, you can select a collection point and go for your order when you prefer.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

We recommend that you check the address given when placing your orders to ensure that the details are correct and complete, as it is not possible to change the address once the package has been shipped without generating an additional shipping cost.
