If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the products within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products and we will issue a refund.

In case the return is not attributable to Barros de Ibiza as, for example, a change of opinion, the products to be returned must be in the same state in which they were received, unopened and with the original packaging and box. Once we receive the returned products, we will check that everything is correct and will contact you to confirm that the refund is processed. In these cases Barros de Ibiza will refund the customer the amount of the products received, except the shipping costs of the return.

How to process the return:

1. Send an email to hello@barrosdeibiza.com, our customer service team will explain how to proceed.
2. Prepare the package, it is important to keep the products and their original packaging.
3. Send it to Barros de Ibiza, choosing the shipping method you prefer (always with tracking number).
4. We will review it and contact you again when you make the refund by the same method by which you made the payment.

If the product is defective or there is an error in it:

If it is an error on our part or is a defective product we will take care of the entire process, taking care of the costs of shipping / return or exchange.
